These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the totocc platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and totocc. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the totocc Privacy Policy and any promotional terms communicated to you at the time of a specific offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and totocc with respect to your use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the registration process and clicking "I Agree" (or equivalent acceptance mechanism), or by placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 These terms are effective as of the date displayed in the "Effective Date" field in the header of this document and supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform is in accordance with any laws applicable to you and that totocc bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.
3.3 Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of totocc or any of its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
4.1 Single Account Policy: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) totocc Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
4.2 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. totocc is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC): totocc reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member at any time, and in particular before processing any withdrawal. Required documentation may include (but is not limited to) a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, bank account statement in the Member's name, and/or a selfie photograph for liveness verification. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the specified time limit may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawal requests.
4.5 Account Closure: totocc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where it has reason to believe a Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or collusive behaviour, or provided false registration information. In such cases, any balances derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
totocc accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per payment method — details are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Member's name will not be accepted and may be reversed at the Member's expense. totocc does not accept deposits from third parties.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own name. totocc does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. totocc aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to payment method processing times. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts held by Members in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and other major Indonesian cities are typically processed within the same business day.
totocc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected.
All transactions on the totocc Platform are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). totocc does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer in connection with deposits or withdrawals are solely your responsibility.
totocc maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. By using the Platform, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. totocc reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze or close Accounts pending investigation.
6.1 totocc may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Members from time to time, including (without limitation) welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on slot games, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the relevant promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requi res the Member to wager a total of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods are specified in full on the relevant promotion page.
6.3 Bonus Abuse: totocc employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering, and exploiting technical errors or loopholes. Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and may have their Account permanently closed.
6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play is capped at ten (10) times the value of the original bonus credited. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be voided.
6.5 totocc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already credited to a Member's Account prior to such cancellation will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.6 Bonuses are personal to each Member and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
7.1 General: All Wagers placed on the totocc Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any specific game or market rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.
7.2 Sportsbook: Football betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF — are governed by the sportsbook rules displayed on the Platform. Asian handicap (voor bola) and accumulator (mix parlay) bets are subject to minimum odds and maximum payout limits as specified per market. Bandar bola (agent-based football betting) arrangements are not supported on totocc — all bets must be placed directly by the registered Member.
7.3 Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on the official draw results of the respective market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). Draw results are published on the Platform within 15 minutes of the official announcement. totocc accepts no responsibility for delays in the publication of official results caused by the administering body.
7.4 Void Bets: totocc reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) the odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error; (b) the outcome of an event was determined before the Wager was accepted; (c) the Wager was placed using a payment method that subsequently reversed; or (d) collusion or match-fixing is suspected. Voided bets will be refunded to the Member's Account balance at the original stake amount.
7.5 Maximum Winnings: Single-event maximum winnings and accumulator maximum payouts are subject to caps as displayed in the relevant market. totocc reserves the right to limit maximum Wager amounts for any Member, market, or event at its sole discretion.
7.6 Live Betting: In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Bets accepted during live events are subject to the odds available at the precise moment of acceptance. Wagers in a "pending" state at the time of a live event incident (e.g., a goal, red card, or injury) will be settled based on the odds recorded at acceptance, not on any updated odds thereafter.

8.3 Minors: The totocc Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not access the Platform. totocc employs age verification procedures and will permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with all associated balances forfeited.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the totocc Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities:

This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit Platform content without totocc's prior written consent.
10.3 The totocc name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered trademarks of totocc. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, totocc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
11.2 The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.3 In any event, totocc's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 totocc collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 totocc implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and access-controlled data storage — to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
12.3 totocc will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or where necessary to investigate suspected fraud or criminal activity.
13.1 totocc reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Revised terms will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
13.2 Where amendments are material, totocc will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13.3 If you do not agree to any amended terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account. Any Wagers placed prior to your Account closure will be settled in accordance with the terms in effect at the time those Wagers were accepted.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which totocc is incorporated and holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent totocc from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.
